WEATHER CONDITIONS
At WAKETIME.ca, our priority is to provide you with an exceptional experience on the water. However, as a seasonal business, we must maintain our operations whenever conditions are considered suitable.
A perfect sunny day with temperatures of 32°C (90°F) is not required to enjoy excellent watersports conditions. Sessions are therefore generally maintained despite cloudy skies, cooler temperatures, or a low chance of precipitation.
However, when weather conditions may affect safety or the quality of the experience — including thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds, or other unfavorable conditions — we will offer you the option to:
- Reschedule your reservation to a later date, subject to availability;
- Cancel your reservation at no charge if rescheduling is not possible.
Please note that the decision to proceed with or cancel a session due to weather conditions is made exclusively by the WAKETIME.ca team. This decision is typically made within 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, based on short-term weather forecasts and radar information.
